Stephanie is a specialist in corporate, private M&A, and intellectual property & technology (IP&T) law. She has significant experience in IP&T work advising on the management, protection, commercialisation and procurement of IP&T.
She also has extensive experience as a technologist working as a software developer for IBM and Motorola.
Stephanie advises on private M&A transactions and fundraisings for Australian and foreign companies with ventures in Australia, China and the US. She has been an active sponsor and investor in the start-up and scale-up ecosystem in Perth for a number of years, most recently being on the board of a respected Australian/US female accelerator.
